About Digital Innovation
Digital Innovation (DI) is a department servicing The Women’s and The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Formulated through the partnering of the Information Management and Technology Directorate at The Women’s and the Digital Innovation Department at The Royal Melbourne Hospital who were responsible for the management and maintenance of the Digital Assets encompassing networks, storage, communications and applications enabling the delivery of safe, quality care.
The Digital Innovation delivers new digital advancements, efficiencies and explores opportunities around collaboration and consolidation of digital platforms. Our digital tools have enabled our health services to stay connected during the pandemic, supporting an exponential growth in virtual health, workplace flexibility and consumer demand in supplying alternate models for access to care.
About the role
As a Project Manager in the Digital Collaborations & Initiatives team, you’ll lead key projects across the Women’s and The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Delivering innovative digital solutions that enhance consumer connectivity and minimise disruption. The role ensures strong project governance and timely, high-quality outcomes.
A regular day will see you:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects
- Establish and manage project governance structures
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and benefits
- Support change management and adoption
About you
You’ll bring with you:
- Proven leaderish in contributing to strategic and operational planning and transformation to achieve business goals
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering ICT-enabled business change management projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
