Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000About The Opportunity We are seeking a Full Time Chef to join our team at Wests New Lambton. With multiple dining outlets, including our Bistro and New Beijing, this role offers the opportunity to support a variety of food experiences across the venue. In this role, you will assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food across our outlets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing preparation requirements in line with daily service needs
• Delivering consistent, high-quality food during service
• Supporting other kitchen sections as required
• Maintaining clean and organised work areas
• Assisting with the set-up and close down of service
• Storing food in line with hygiene standards
• Managing waste appropriately

This is a full-time position and will require availability across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, including split shifts. As part of The Wests Group's recruitment and assessment process, all candidates progressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant due diligence and probity checks specific to the role. You are confident working across kitchen operations and enjoy supporting a collaborative team environment. To be successful, you will have:

• Strong cooking skills and relevant trade qualifications
• Experience working in a busy kitchen environment
• Flexibility to support a range of catering operations across the site
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
