This is a key leadership role. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Applications and Analytics Manager to lead a small but growing team in our Rose Park office. You will be responsible for leading the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/ Application Support Team, overseeing the support, maintenance, and optimisation of our ERP system, integrated solutions and other applications as assigned. This includes ensuring all applications align with business needs by managing system configuration, upgrades, user access, troubleshooting issues, and providing training to end users, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business requirements.

The goal of this role is to streamline and optimise the application landscape to align with business objectives.

As the manager of all functional and business analyst resources you will play a key role in facilitating the implementation of MS Finance and Operations. As such, you will also need technical leadership, strong attention to detail, problem solving, time management skills, effective communication with stakeholders, and the ability to influence, manage and coordinate with geographically diverse sites within our global business.

About The Role

  • Refine the global ERP strategy in line with the business strategy,
  • Work with the business to develop the ERP functionality required to improve the business
  • Assess how our current and future ERP capabilities can optimise performance
  • Develop our AI and Analytics strategy
  • Develop a range of data analysis strategies including effective alerting, data accessibility, data compilation, and data delivery
  • Monitoring, maintaining, and optimising the corporate ERP systems interfaces and associated IT infrastructure, whilst ensuring high levels of availability and integrity.
  • Work closely with IT Operations and OT Team to ensure MES system and SCADA systems are aligned and function optimally
  • Manage the local relationship with our ERP vendors to ensure licenses are optimized and to resolve faults and perform routine maintenance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
  • Extensive experience in Application management, preferably gained in a national, multi-site manufacturing, finance or consulting environment
  • Proven track record of leadership and success in a similar role
  • Strong MS technical expertise in D365 F&O and or BC
  • Experience with UKG is advantageous, but not essential
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
