• Horizon Health seeks a PRN Social Worker to work on the inpatient geriatric psychiatry unit at Great Plains Regional Medical Center in Elk City, OK.

Responsibilities include assessments, unit management, treatment planning and discharge planning, as well as group, individual and family treatment. Participates in referral development processes and activities as requested. Work with an excellent behavioral health team!
