The Opportunity Our ANZ Country Manager is moving on after three great years, and we're looking for the person who'll lead the next chapter. This is our flagship market. - 750+ client relationships across Australia and New Zealand
- A high-performing, tight-knit team of A-grade people
- $100M in revenue — and the mandate to grow it

Who You Are You’ve been around long enough to know what good leadership looks like — and you’re self- aware enough to know you’re still growing. You’ve led teams before. You’ve won and lost a few battles, and you carry the lessons without carrying the baggage. You're not a corporate climber looking for your next title. - 10+ years of leadership experience in B2B professional services
- A customer-first mindset— you measure success by client outcomes, not just pipeline metrics
- Proven experience leading high-performing sales and/or client success teams
- Deep understanding of the accounting sector — you speak the language
- Commercial acumen — you can read a P&L and use it to drive better decisions
- Comfort working across global, multicultural teams (we work with talent in the Philippines, South Africa, and soon Sri Lanka and India)
- The energy of someone building something, not managing something
What You'll Actually Be Doing Leading Client Community
- Building genuine, executive-level relationships with our top accounts
- Creating the kind of client experience that turns firms into advocates
- Working closely with our client success and account management teams to drive retention, expansion, and trust
Driving the ANZ Strategy
- Setting and executing the market strategy for Australia and New Zealand
- Identifying trends and opportunities within the accounting profession
- Influencing our global strategy as part of the senior leadership team
Growing a Great Team
- Inspiring and developing a high-performing, committed ANZ team
- Building a culture of accountability, care, and continuous improvement
- Collaborating with global peers across multiple time zones and markets
