We’re looking for experienced Test Leads and Senior Test Analysts to join a major platform migration and transformation program with one of the country’s leading energy retailers.

🔍 What you’ll do

• Lead and deliver end-to-end testing across platform migration, market, and retail system transformation streams.
• Define test strategies, drive quality assurance, and manage testing outcomes across multiple integration points.
• Collaborate closely with business, development, and data migration teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Validate AEMO transactions, settlements, and compliance requirements.
• Own test planning, execution, and reporting using qTest, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Support and mentor test teams to achieve excellence in delivery.

💡 What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst in energy retail (gas and electricity) environments.
• Strong understanding of AEMO processes, B2B transactions, and market operations.
• Hands-on experience with system transformation or migration programs (CRM, billing, or CIS platforms).
• Practical knowledge of functional, integration, and UAT testing in complex system landscapes
• Experience or interest in using AI to assist in delivering testing
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
