We are a Melbourne‑based insurance brokerage guided by Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, Care and Education. We’re looking for a reliable, organised and adaptable person to join our small, collaborative office in a unique hybrid role.

The role

  • Provide executive support to the Managing Director: manage email, calendar and meeting follow up.
  • Be the friendly face and voice of our office: answer calls, manage mail and run weekly office errands.
  • Support the CFO with trust and trading account tasks, reconciliations and monthly reporting.
