Unearth Talent is partnering with a major Federal Government agency delivering large-scale digital health and transformation initiatives that support millions of Australians. We're seeking an experienced Change Management Coordinator to help drive adoption, prepare stakeholders for change and support the successful delivery of complex programs.
About The Role
You'll work closely with project teams, business areas and senior stakeholders to ensure people are ready, informed and equipped to embrace change. This role will see you supporting business readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, communication planning and change implementation across a significant body of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of change management activities across complex programs and projects.
- Assess change impacts and identify risks to successful adoption.
- Develop and implement change, communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Coordinate business readiness activities and transition planning.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, information sessions and engagement activities.
- Support the development of training materials and user guidance.
- Monitor adoption outcomes and recommend improvement activities.
- Build strong working relationships across project and business teams.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience developing change artefacts including impact assessments, communication plans and readiness activities.
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups in complex environments.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience within government, digital transformation, ICT or large-scale business change programs.
- Exposure to Prosci, ADKAR or other recognised change methodologies is highly regarded.
