About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will represent Tudor and deliver a thoughtful, personalised boutique experience. You will:
- Welcome clients, understand their needs and guide them through the Tudor collection
- Build lasting client relationships through attentive service and follow-up
- Work towards individual and boutique sales goals
- Develop your knowledge of Tudor timepieces, craftsmanship and brand heritage
- Maintain the boutique’s presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Support stock management, transactions and daily boutique operations
- Work closely with your team to create a welcoming and professional environment
About You
You enjoy connecting with people and take pride in delivering excellent service. You will bring:
- Experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, watches, jewellery or another service-focused environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building client relationships
- Confidence discussing products and making considered recommendations
- Attention to detail and a polished, professional presentation
- A collaborative approach and motivation to achieve sales goals
- A willingness to learn about Tudor and the world of luxury watchmaking
