  • Proactively plan factory production and logistics, working closely with sales, production, and logistics teams.
  • Communicate lead-time changes and address capacity issues, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Attend production meetings, report on non-completed items, and discuss any changes to lead-times.
  • Support the Logistics & Site Service Coordinator to ensure delivery teams represent the brand with pride and meet quality and service standards.
  • Anticipate and resolve day-to-day issues, complete root cause analyses, and take corrective actions.

About You

  • Strong customer service and administration skills, with previous rostering/scheduling experience advantageous but not essential
  • Agile, methodical and highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to adapt communication style to suit builder customers and be assertive when needed.
  • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and quality customer service.
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Competency with MS Suite and ability to quickly learn in-house systems.

About The Benefits

  • Permanent Full-Time, Mon–Fri 8am–4pm (flexible options available)
