What you’ll be doing:
As our Digital Producer, you’ll be the digital glue that keeps our web, mobile, and app experiences running smoothly and looking wonderful. You’ll;
- Own content publishing across the Virgin Australia website
- Ensure a consistent, polished look and feel that is on brand across every touchpoint
- Manage structure, usability and functionality across web pages – delivering wonderful experiences for our guests
- Work hands-on in AEM using your CMS and HTML capabilities to bring content to life
- Champion accessibility across all digital experiences
- Lead the content stream for projects—from quick campaigns to major, companywide initiatives
- Optimise user journeys by removing friction and elevating engagement - ensuring our guests can find the information they need
- Work closely with our SEO experts to improve findability of content
- Monitor, report on and action user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Keep our digital playbook up to date with clear documentation
- Use Adobe Target to support our ambitious Test and Learn program
You’ll be part of a passionate Digital team, creating experiences our guests love—and making it look effortless.
_This is a 12 month maximum term contract role._You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Know your way around Adobe Experience Cloud, especially AEM and Target
- Have experience in web publishing or ecommerce for a mid-to-large corporate or institution
- Can confidently use tools like Photoshop and Dreamweaver
- Have a solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and basic coding
- Understand the basics of A/B and multivariate testing
- Thrive in a collaborative team and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders
- Love to deliver on impactful projects that improve the experience for guests
