Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Data Strategy Lead to join our fast-growing team based in Geelong. The Data Strategy Lead will oversee the development of our Data practice including Design and Delivery of data driven strategies for our valued clients, conduct in-depth data analysis, and manage data modeling initiatives. The role includes implementing best practices for data management, delivering actionable insights for business decisions, and liaising with stakeholders to align data strategy with organisational goals.

Experience & Core Competencies

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with operational delivery teams, Snr Managers and Executive Leaders
• Ability to develop and lead Technical Teams including Data scientists, Data Analysts, BA’s, DBA’s and Data Visualisation experts across a wide range of products and tool-sets
• Strong Data Modelling and Design expertise
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis to transform raw data into actionable insights
• Strong Data Management skills, including organization, storage, and effective processing of data
• Expertise in Analytical Skills and Data Modeling to develop complex models for business strategies
• Proven ability to interpret and communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools and data reporting
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience in project management or leadership roles is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
