Internal Sales Consultant

The Role We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team in an office-based Internal Sales role. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key part in delivering excellent service and supporting our wider sales and operations teams. What You Will Be Responsible For

• Processing general phone, email and face-to-face sales enquiries
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through quote follow-up, outbound warm/cold calls and emails
• Preparing sales quotes and orders
• Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers
• Delivering excellent customer service

Requirements

• Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4pm
• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Experience within the metals industry (highly regarded)
• Good communication and time management skills – with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills
