Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager based in Adelaide, SA, with opportunities to work from home part-time. The Property Manager will oversee property operations, handle maintenance coordination, ensure tenant satisfaction, and manage financial aspects such as rent collection and budgeting. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client and tenant relationships, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, marketing properties, and conducting property inspections.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in property management, tenant relations, and property inspections
• Strong skills in financial management, such as rent collection and budgeting
• Knowledge of marketing properties and coordination of maintenance tasks
• Ability to operate with attention to detail and comply with local real estate laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in property management software and general computer skills
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is strongly preferred
• Relevant certifications or licenses in property management will be a strong asset

Skills & Experience

• Current Real Estate Licence in South Australia (essential)

• Previous property management experience preferred

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
