About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MPO Functional Consultant (Mobility, Platforms & Operations) to take on a senior advisory role across complex, enterprise-level programs.

This position will see you operating as a trusted functional SME, shaping solution design and influencing delivery outcomes across multi-vendor, integrated technology environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a senior functional advisor across mobility, platforms, and operational environments
• Translating business requirements into clear functional designs, documentation, and solution frameworks
• Leading workshops and facilitating discussions with senior and executive stakeholders
• Driving end-to-end functional alignment across large-scale transformation programs
• Designing and refining operating models, workflows, and functional architectures
• Identifying delivery risks early and contributing to mitigation strategies
• Working across agile or hybrid delivery environments to ensure successful program outcomes

This is a highly visible role where your ability to influence, communicate, and operate at a strategic level will be critical.

The Successful Candidate

You will be an experienced functional consultant with a strong track record of delivering within complex, enterprise environments.

We are looking for:

• Extensive experience within mobility, platforms, or operational technology domains
• Proven capability in shaping functional architectures and transformation initiatives
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and solution design
• Experience working across large, integrated, and multi-vendor ecosystems
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including interaction with senior executives
• Strong workshop facilitation and advisory capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in agile or hybrid delivery models
• Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skillset

In addition, you will bring a consulting mindset:

• Commercially aware and outcomes-driven
• Comfortable operating autonomously in client environments
• Able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Strong communicator with polished presentation skills

Mandatory Requirements:

• Australian Citizenship
• Active AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)
• NV1 clearance highly regarded
