Client Services Officer / Office Administrator – Burleigh Heads

Full-time | On-site | Flexible hours (incl. school hours) | Beachside location

What you’ll be doing

  • Preparing client and compliance documents, including ATO lodgement support
  • Managing billing, invoicing, WIP monitoring and debtor follow-up
  • Supervising documentation, compliance, and corporate secretarial matters
  • Overseeing firm workflow, productivity, and client satisfaction
  • Managing HR processes, employee appraisals, and record retention systems
  • Supporting directors and the team to ensure smooth practice operations

What we’re looking for

  • Administration experience in an accounting or professional services environment
  • Strong billing and invoicing skills
  • Experience liaising with the ATO
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Xero, and practice management tools
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  • A proactive, calm, solutions-focused approach
