The Role: We're very excited to be looking for a full-time Digital Designer to join our growing agency! We're after a long-term team member who has a sharp eye for both graphic and web design. Your duties would include:

• Creative Execution: Design and develop engaging digital and visual assets across web, social, and brand touch points, maintaining design excellence and consistency throughout all projects.
• Web & Graphic Design: Create responsive website designs, digital campaigns, branded materials, and visual content that align with client objectives and user experience best practices.
• Design Development: Take projects from concept through to delivery, working across branding, UI/UX design, marketing collateral, and digital assets with meticulous attention to detail.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with the Studio Manager and Account Managers to understand client briefs and translate requirements into compelling design solutions.
• Process Contribution: Support and help refine internal design workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Creative Input: Contribute ideas and concepts for client pitches and new business opportunities, showcasing your creative thinking and design problem-solving.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, digital tools, and emerging technologies, bringing fresh perspectives to the agency's creative output.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with developers, copywriters, and account teams to ensure seamless design implementation and project delivery.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in skill development opportunities and contribute to the agency's creative culture through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Agency Support: Assist with broader studio initiatives and contribute to the creative direction of the agency as it grows.

We're Looking For A Candidate With The Following Skills:

• Experience in a Digital/Graphic/Web Design role with a strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and web design work (please provide work examples)
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma & Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a fresh, innovative approach
• Clear communication skills for client and team interactions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Solid organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• A strong work ethic and genuine enthusiasm for learning and growth
• Passion and energy for digital design
• Solid Understanding of UI/UX principlesBonus:

• Experience in motion graphics or animation
• Web Development understanding (HTML, CSS & GSAP)
• Understanding of Front-end Development
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Ads & Paid Ads)
