Water/Sewer Supervisor

The Opportunity:

Due to continual growth across our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to come and work with us within our Water/Sewer team in South Australia!

Any given day may see you…

• Managing all labour and operators on site
• Managing all subcontractors
• Preparing and communicating programming of works
• Timely ordering materials, equipment and plant
• Conducting inspections and Site Audits
• Administration including site diaries, docket signing, and timesheets
• Inducting all employees and subcontractors to site
• Communicating and ensuring SWMS, MSDS and Safety Plans are followed
• Reporting incidences
• Conducting toolbox talks

Here’s what we are looking for…

An experienced Supervisor that is wanting to become part of a reputable and growing company.

They must:

• Significant Construction Supervisory experience
• Operational experience in water and sewer construction preferred (min 10 years)
• Established relationships with water authorities
• Excellent client relationship management
• Excellent rapport with subcontractors
• Excellent problem identification and resolution skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent people management skills
• An attitude that engages all individuals by way of clear communication and effective interaction.
• Have a valid driver’s licence and white card
