About The Role
As a Team Member at Zeus Street Greek, you will play an important role in delivering great food and exceptional customer service. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and keen to learn.
You will support the restaurant team by assisting with food preparation, customer service, cleaning and general operations, working under direct or general supervision in a fast-paced environment.
ZSG Team Member Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, friendly and consistent Zeus Street Greek customer service
- Take customer orders in person and via approved ordering systems
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
- Prepare and assemble food and beverages in line with recipes, procedures and food safety standards
- Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen, service and dining areas
- Wash dishes and assist with waste disposal
- Follow all food safety, workplace health and safety and company policies
- Perform other reasonable duties within your skills, training and competence
- A passion for food and hospitality
- A positive, “can-do” attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
