A Stunning Salary Reveal

A Brisbane woman has left many Australians amazed after she disclosed her impressive earnings as a Pilates instructor. Earning between $1,500 and $2,000 a week, she noted that her journey into this career took just four days of intensive training through Move Pilates Academy. This included a mix of online learning, assessments, and observations.

She shared her experience with Getahead, stating, “I love seeing people progress and work hard. Everyone comes in and they do their best, they absolutely kill it.”

The Reality of Being a Pilates Instructor

Despite the high earnings, she emphasized that the job is not as easy as it seems. “It’s definitely a lot harder than people might think,” she said, highlighting how being a Pilates instructor can be mentally taxing. She explained that one must put on a performance in every class, regardless of their personal feelings that day.

Community Reactions

The reaction online has been a mix of surprise and curiosity. Many were impressed by her lucrative salary, with comments like, “That’s probably the best ROI of any job path I’ve heard. Crazy.” Others questioned the number of classes she teaches, to which she confirmed she conducts 30 classes a week.

Another Pilates instructor mentioned that salaries can vary across Australia, noting that in Brisbane, the pay tends to be higher compared to Melbourne.

Encouragement for Future Instructors

She encourages others to consider this career path but insists that having the right mentality and personality is crucial for success in this field.
