Support Tiwi Artists in a Dynamic, Hands-On Studio Environment
Tiwi Design is on the lookout for a Studio Coordinator to assist artists at all stages of their creative journey. In this role, you will work directly with artists to manage materials, conduct workshops, and oversee exhibitions and production logistics.
This is a unique opportunity to live and work on Country, fostering cultural expression and creative development in one of Australia’s premier Aboriginal art and culture centres.
What We Offer
- Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + 11.5% super
- Housing: Rent-free, furnished 2-bedroom accommodation + utilities
- Relocation: Allowance + annual return travel
- Salary Packaging: Available (PBI)
- Leave: 6 weeks’ annual leave + leave loading + additional time-in-lieu
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in studio and/or arts coordination
- Practical art and/or design skills across various media
- Proven experience in delivering creative workshops
- Strong cross-cultural communication abilities
- Proficiency in admin and digital tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Flexibility, patience, and resilience for remote work environments
