About 2cloudnine

2cloudnine is a global product organisation specialising in middle office, payroll, and interpretation solutions built natively on the Salesforce platform. We support organisations across the Staffing and Health industries to modernise their operations through scalable, compliant, and industry-specific technology.

Our projects typically form part of broader digital transformation programs, where 2cloudnine implementations are delivered alongside other Salesforce applications and ecosystem partners. This means our Project Managers work at the centre of complex, multi-vendor Salesforce environments, coordinating integrations, customisations, and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams.

With delivery teams and customers spanning Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, 2cloudnine is committed to delivering predictable, high-quality outcomes while continuing to evolve our delivery maturity and global capability.

The Opportunity

This is a critical role within our Delivery team. As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent implementation engagements.

You will bring a strong vendor-side mindset, balancing exceptional customer outcomes with commercial performance, delivery predictability, and long-term relationship growth. You will also play a key role in uplifting 2cloudnine’s delivery methodology, templates, governance, and PMO capability.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead the successful delivery of multiple implementation projects
  • Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall project outcomes
  • Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and stakeholder communication plans
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, resources and scope changes through formal change control
  • Provide clear and consistent project reporting to both internal leaders and client stakeholders
  • Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with external partners on multi-vendor programs

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Own project financial performance including forecasting, margin management, and variance tracking
  • Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales to ensure engagements are scoped and planned effectively
  • Create and manage Statements of Work and resource agreements
  • Oversee billable time approvals, invoicing schedules, and revenue recognition
  • Identify commercial risks early and recommend mitigation strategies

Methodology, Standards & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead the creation of a 2cloudnine PMO
  • Drive the uplift of delivery governance, standards, and best practices globally
  • Develop and maintain project artefacts and toolkits (plans, RAID logs, financial trackers, reporting templates)
  • Contribute to improving delivery systems and tools (Salesforce, Jira, Google Workspace, resourcing planners)

Resource & Capacity Planning (Global)

  • Support resource planning across Australia, UK, and US delivery portfolios
  • Provide accurate forward-looking forecasts for utilisation and project effort
  • Participate in global services forecasting and capacity planning discussions

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Build trusted client relationships and act as a senior escalation point
  • Facilitate client workshops, steering committees, and governance forums
  • Communicate confidently with senior executives on delivery progress, risks, and commercial considerations
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Integrations, and Practice teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant experience delivering software implementation projects in a vendor or professional services environment
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stream projects with commercial accountability
  • Strong financial management expertise (budgeting, forecasting, margin control)
  • Experience contributing to or leading PM methodology and process improvement initiatives
  • Exposure to global or multi-region resource planning (favourable)
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication skills, including at executive level
  • Experience facilitating client workshops and governance forums
  • Experience working on multi-vendor delivery programs

If this sounds like an opportunity that would suit your goals and experience, we would love to hear from you!
