About the Project ACCIONA delivers complex civil and infrastructure projects across Australia. Our Transmission team supports national tenders that strengthen networks across varied terrain. You help shape bids that support energy transition and long term infrastructure resilience. About the Opportunity/Position You develop first principles estimates for overhead transmission lines and/or substation and from 66 kV to 500 kV. You interpret drawings, methods and market pricing to build competitive tender submissions. You work with the National Transmission Estimating Manager and collaborate with construction, engineering and procurement teams. You also support tender governance, reviews and BAFO responses. What are the key accountabilities for the position?

• Deliver accurate quantity take off
• Coordinate RFQs and assess pricing
• Maintain cost databases
• Define construction methods and rates
• Support tender pricing reviews

Required Skills and Competencies

• What capability & experience will you need to have?
• HV line and substation construction knowledge
• First principles estimating skill
• Advanced Excel and estimating systems
• Engineering degree or trade
• 8+ years infrastructure experience
