About The Contract Ventia was awarded the contract to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance, along with electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation services across the Seqwater network of 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations, and 26 referable dams. Fully mobilised in February 2025, our 125 strong team continue to deliver service excellence across the entire Seqwater network. The network expands as far as Gympie in the north, to the NSW border in the south, and from North Stradbroke Island in the east, to the base of the Toowoomba Ranges in the west. About The Role Reporting into our Delivery Manager, you'll be the main point of administrative support for our project team who are delivering the Minor Capital works across the Seqwater contract. Acting as the central point of project support, you will help ensure the efficient delivery of projects through effective coordination of information, documentation, reporting, and administrative activities. Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments to facilitate project delivery
• Supporting compliance, auditing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintaining accurate project registers, filing systems and records
• Managing and maintaining document control processes, workflows and records
• Creating, managing, and monitoring project work tickets
• Coordinating project reporting and database updates

• Exposure to project-based environments, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or maintenance services
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proactive attitude with the drive to support team success
