We’re AgeMate, a supplement company that's on a mission to slow ageing.
We’re looking for a full-time eCommerce Manager. The role has hybrid work flexibility, allowing you to work from home up to 2 days a week. You’ll join a collaborative, growth-driven team of over 10 located in Cremorne, Melbourne.
Compensation for this role is $120,000–$140,000 AUD + super with flexibility for a standout candidate.

About You
You live and breathe eCommerce and have a clear vision for creating a ‘best-in-class’ eCommerce experience. You have hands-on experience in Shopify and related platforms, along with having worked with a team, agencies, and managed website-related projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage eCommerce Store Frontend and Backend: Management of Shopify CMS, information across home pages, product pages, FAQs, and visual assets (photos/videos)
- Manage & Optimise eCommerce Tech Stack: Manage integrations across key platforms (Shopify, Recharge, Klaviyo, etc.), and ensure they work seamlessly to support customer experience and operational efficiency.
- A/B CRO Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various elements of the Shopify stores to identify the most effective strategies for increasing conversion rates and user engagement.
- Email Marketing: Manage our weekly newsletter, email campaigns and flows through Klaviyo
- Experience in SEO: SEO improvement initiatives to increase LLM visibility
- High competence in UI / UX Design: Strong capacity for improving user experience and planning strategic implementation roadmap
- Lead Automation Initiatives: Automate processes across operations, marketing, and customer support to increase efficiency and scale efforts.
- Custom Feature Development: Manage the implementation of custom features and functionalities on Shopify stores to meet unique business requirements and enhance user experience.
- Project Management: Experience managing agencies or in-house developers and UI/UX designers.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Set up and maintain analytics tools across multiple departments from tracking website performance, user behaviour, sales metrics, and logistical considerations. Generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Preferred Background & Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with Shopify and eCommerce platforms and tools
- Experience working cross functionally with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service, finance)
- Ability to cost, scope, and effectively manage multiple projects
- Interest in health & longevity products is a plus!
