This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for seasoned clinical operations professionals who know how to keep complex studies running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on track and on budget
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of study operations
• Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
• Apply your real-world clinical expertise to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content in the healthcare and life sciences domain

Who You Are

• Experienced clinical trial professional with a strong background in study project management
• Proven track record managing budgets, timelines, and operational deliverables across complex studies
• Skilled at coordinating vendors, CROs, and external research partners
• Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and navigating the unpredictability of live clinical research
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently without close supervision
• Clear and concise communicator — written and verbal

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools or interest in how AI is being applied in clinical and healthcare settings
• Background spanning multiple therapeutic areas or trial phases
• Experience working across distributed or global study teams
