Role Title: Deputy Project Manager Role Description: Seeking an experienced Deputy Project Manager to assist the Commonwealth in management of a project nearing completion. Expected activities include
- Schedule reviews, status updates and reporting
- Review schedule monthly on a rolling wave
- Co-ordinate PPR-IP reporting including drafting report and seeking input from stakeholders for PM approval
- Provide Status data to schedulers monthly for update of OPP
- Cost/Budget reviews, progress updates, and reporting
- Regular risk reviews, position updates
- Work Health and Safety Verification
- Conduct CDRL Delivery response letters
- Conduct CDRL reviews of PM deliverables
- Conduct Contract Change Proposals – reviews and staffing for approval
- Liaise with PM, PSO, Project Controller, Scheduler and Finance teams regularly to ensure accuracy of finance data and phasing forecasts
Essential Requirements:
- Required Security Clearance: NV1
- Eligible to access US Export Controlled (ITAR) information
- At least 5 years’ experience relevant to the job
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience working in CASG projects
