The team The Digital team supports business systems and processes that build excellence in regulatory operations. The team provides the user-centred design service and manages the ongoing development of the key platform underpinning the regulatory workflows across ASIC – the ASIC CRM, ASIC Regulatory Portal, ASIC Search and related data and document repositories, as well as ASIC's key externally facing digital channels such as the corporate website. The role As an Operations Analyst, you will strengthen the performance and continuous improvement of Regulatory Systems through high‑quality analysis, reporting, assurance, and operational support. The role enables informed decision‑making by delivering operational insights, conducting assurance activities, and preparing stakeholder reporting, while supporting regulatory compliance, system enhancements, and business readiness. Responsibilities Will Include
- Prepare, maintain and enhance operational and ad‑hoc reports, analysing datasets and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic Regulatory Systems audits, including monthly and annual user‑access revalidation.
- Support workload and resource management processes, including maintaining the workforce plan.
- Perform user acceptance and product verification testing for system enhancements and new products.
- Contribute to written reports, presentations and committee papers.
- Conduct QA reviews of Regulatory Systems policies, procedures and practices, and prepare findings and recommendations.
- Support projects and initiatives by working with SMEs to gather and specify Regulatory Systems business requirements.
- Support business readiness for process and system changes, including delivering training, communications and updates to learning materials.
About You Ideally you will have previous experience as a Reporting Analyst, engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Other experience will preferably include:
- Relevant bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work with subject matter experts to understand requirements and identify process improvements.
- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, ASIC systems and technologies including Microsoft CRM Dynamics, SharePoint RCR, ASIC Search and RDR.
- Ability to analyse business requirements and resolve complex issues.
- Experience developing policy, procedures and learning materials.
- Experience producing operational reports and conducting QA reviews.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently, meet deadlines and deliver quality outcomes.
- High competency in Excel and Power BI for reporting (highly regarded).
- Experience developing or maintaining learning resources (beneficial).
