We’ve been delivering innovative modular designs for over 60 years, supporting major projects in infrastructure, construction, mining, energy, housing and education. About The Role We're looking for a motivated sales professional who loves building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and seeing projects through from start to finish. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll spend time out in the market meeting clients, growing existing accounts, and winning new business. You'll have ownership of your pipeline, working closely with customers to deliver modular building solutions that meet their needs. From the first conversation to project delivery, you'll play a key role in driving growth and creating great customer experiences. What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and grow relationships with existing and new customers
  • Meet clients on-site to understand project needs and identify opportunities
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Prepare quotes, support pricing, and develop tailored customer solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and to customer expectations
  • Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation through to project handover
  • Drive business development through strategic account targeting and proactive sales activity

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role
  • Experience within modular buildings, construction, infrastructure, asset hire, equipment hire, or related industries
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities
  • Confidence using CRM systems and other digital sales tools
  • A resilient, self-motivated approach
