Manufacturing Manager

An opportunity exists for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join a global FMCG organisation at a key manufacturing site. This is a senior role with accountability for production performance, people leadership, safety, quality and continuous improvement.

The role will suit a Manufacturing Manager with a clear, consistent and values-led management approach, who understands the importance of strong leadership in driving sustainable performance.

The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead manufacturing operations across the site in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery and people targets
• Set clear expectations and lead with consistency across teams and shifts
• Build and maintain a strong safety-first culture
• Coach and develop production leaders and frontline teams
• Drive continuous improvement across productivity, efficiency and waste
• Partner with engineering, quality and CI teams on improvement initiatives
• Ensure audit, customer and regulatory compliance

About You

You will be an experienced manufacturing leader with a background in FMCG or high-volume manufacturing.

You will bring:

• Experience as a Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager or Operations Manager
• Strong people leadership capability across multi-shift teams
• A disciplined, consistent leadership style
• Experience with KPIs, CI, Lean or Operational Excellence frameworks
• Solid understanding of food safety and quality systems
• Experience in food, beverage or high-care FMCG environments will be highly regarded.
