ACE is a growing Australian engineering company specialising in electrical, control systems, SCADA, automation and OT solutions across energy, water, transport, mining and critical infrastructure.
We are looking for a Marketing & Recruitment Specialist to help grow both the ACE brand and our engineering team.
Key responsibilities
Marketing
•Turn technical engineering work into clear, engaging content
• Manage ACE’s website, social media accounts and digital content
• Develop project updates, newsletters and company communications
• Create and post engineering videos
• Support events, university engagement and marketing campaigns
Recruitment
• Manage job advertising across various platforms including Linkedin and other channels
• Proactively source engineering candidates
• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
• Build and maintain a future talent pipeline
• Update and support ACE’s career development programs
• Strengthen ACE’s employer brand and candidate experience
• Provide one on one consulting to employees on their career developments.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in marketing, recruitment, communications or HR
• Can work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Is a strong written communicator
• Is confident using LinkedIn and digital platforms
• Is comfortable engaging with engineers, candidates and external stakeholders
Experience in engineering, energy, infrastructure, mining and videography will be highly regarded.
