THE OPPORTUNITY We're seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations, ensure outstanding guest service, and lead our dining room team during service.Whether you’re an experienced supervisor ready for a fresh challenge, or a confident section waiter ready to step up and take on more responsibility, this could be the perfect next step in your hospitality career. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise dining room operations and staff during service .
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle customer concerns
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation compliance
• Assist with inventory management and daily operations

About You

• Valid working rights and RSA certificate
• Proven restaurant or bar experience (supervisory experience highly regarded)
• Confident leading a team and delegating tasks
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation
