The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality systems and assurance practices across both corporate and project environments. Reporting to the Governance & Risk Manager, you will play a key role in embedding ISO-aligned processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our delivery meets the highest standards. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Project Quality Management Plans (PQMPs) and support project QA setup and implementation.Coordinate external audits and maintain business systems and accreditations at corporate and operational levels.Lead and participate in annual risk management workshops, with ongoing monitoring.Facilitate Quality Assurance Committee meetings, performance trending and reporting.Implement and maintain systems to capture, review and store QA documentation (company and subcontractor) and ensure compliance with project and company standards.Analyse customer feedback, benchmark against KPIs and drive process/service delivery improvements.Support supplier assessment and engagement, including quality system reviews during pre-qualification.Champion WHS responsibilities; lead business process audits and formal incident investigations for major non-conformances. About YouDiploma of Quality Auditing (with Quality Management electives) or Engineering degree.Extensive QA experience in resources, engineering, construction or maintenance sectors.Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems, audits and requirements for construction/maintenance industries.Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills; high proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.Current driver’s licence.
