Window Manufacturing LabourersCooranbong location AWX are sourcing experienced Window Manufacturing Labourers You will be working with one of Australia's leading Windows & Doors Companies located in Cooranbong This role is Monday to Friday The workday will usually kick off at 6am You will be assembling windows & doors Rate: Depending on skill set $32 - $36 per hour Our Client offers a stable and long-term position for those who have a positive,Self-motivated attitude and enjoy collaborating with a team in a busy environment.What We're Looking For

• Experience working with Aluminium Windows and Doors
• Manufacturing of hinged Doors
• Manufacturing of rake windows/specialised windows
• Mechanical background
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
• A proactive attitude and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be able to learn quickly, reliable and work in a structured, safe and tidy manner
• A willingness and commitment to grow with us
• Proficient in the use of power tools and machinery required for window and door production
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Current Forklift license

Day-to-Day Requirements

• Fabricate and assemble Aluminium windows and doors
• Performing quality checks and ensuring products meet safety and performance standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Collaborating with the production team to optimise workflows and processes
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
• A proactive attitude and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
