Following the success of our two stores in The Galeries and World Square**,** VENCHI is now expanding to Bondi, with scheduled to open in October 2025, where passionate individuals can join our team and bring the rich flavours of Italy to Australia.

We are now seeking exceptional leaders (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor) for this new store. This is your opportunity to grow with a globally loved brand and be part of something truly special.

As part of our management team at VENCHI, you will drive the business forward, overseeing store operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the Retail Manager to maintain Venchi's excellence in service, presentation, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including team management, inventory control, and customer experience.
• Lead and inspire a team of retail personnel to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Ensure a luxurious, customer-centric service standard, creating lasting brand connections.
• Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation, ensuring alignment with VENCHI brand guidelines.
• Support sales growth by analyzing trends, providing feedback, and optimizing product promotions.
• Foster a positive work culture, emphasizing communication, engagement, and development.

About You

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in F&B, luxury, or hospitality.
• Strong ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer service excellence.
• Proven ability to analyze sales performance, manage discounts, and strategize category success.
