The Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced Origination Specialists with a strong background in non-bank lending and a track record of sourcing deals from property developers and brokers. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of lending opportunities, working closely with our investment and credit teams to deliver tailored funding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate new lending opportunities, with a focus on property development and investment projects
• Leverage your network of developers, brokers, and advisors to identify and assess deals
• Structure and present transactions in line with our credit and investment strategy
• Build long-term relationships across the property and finance ecosystem
• Act as a trusted advisor and market presence within the development finance community

You Will Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in origination, deal sourcing, or business development within a non-bank lender, private credit fund, or property finance role
• A strong network of contacts in the property development space
• Solid understanding of structured lending, construction finance, mezzanine, or stretch senior funding
• Commercial acumen, negotiation strength, and a results-driven mindset
• A proactive, self-directed approach to sourcing and closing transactions
