Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager in our Virginia, North Brisbane office, you will:
- Establish strategic relationships with new clients, targeting growth opportunities for our full suite of waste management services.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of clients in the retail, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed on competitor activity and emerging opportunities, maintaining a dynamic database of insights.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, responding to tenders and generating quotes to secure new key accounts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Ensure timely completion of CRM tasks and accurate storage of all customer contracts and relevant information.
Your Skills and Experience:
We are looking for candidates who bring:
- A proactive approach to prospecting and generating new business.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proven ability to expand existing customer accounts and acquire new ones.
- Experience in the waste management industry is preferred but not required.
- The ability to perform under pressure, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and a desire to make a difference in a growth-oriented team.
