THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our NSW Sales team, based in Smithfield. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding Gliderol’s footprint in the residential and commercial builder markets. You’ll work with key decision-makers in managing high-value builder accounts to drive growth, promote premium product solutions, and develop long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Identify and acquire builder accounts in residential and commercial construction sectors.
  • Develop sales strategies aligned to territory and sector-specific plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with builders, developers, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with dealers, architects, and internal teams to secure and deliver key projects.
  • Lead the implementation of builder programs, promotions, and display home initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records to manage pipeline and conversion tracking.
  • Provide market insights to shape strategy and product offerings.

Your Skills We’re looking for a commercially savvy, field-based professional with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage complex builder accounts and long sales cycles. The Ideal Candidate Will Bring

  • Proven success in business development, ideally in building products or commercial construction.
  • Strategic selling ability with a strong focus on identifying and converting growth opportunities
  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn product and install specifications.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and CRM management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
