The Administration Officer (Reception) plays a key role in representing the College as the first point of contact, providing a Light of Welcome to our school community. The Administration Officer will provide support to the Assistant Business Manager. This is a full time, 42 – 48 weeks worked, ongoing position commencing as soon as practicable. Essential:Selection Criteria:The Administration Officer Will Have:
- A strong commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education and a willingness to promote and support Catholic values as a member of the Lumen Christi College Community
- A minimum of two years’ administrative experience
- At least intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams
- Accurate data entry skills and a strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong sense of professionalism, good time-management skills and high reliability
- An eagerness to provide all-round support to the Administration Team
- Or obtain a Working with Children Check (WWC)
- Or obtain a current Crimtrac Police Clearance
- Or obtain a current First Aid certificate
- Completed, or be willing to complete, Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School.
Desirable The Administration Officer Will Have:
- Experience of AoS, SEQTA or working in a school environment
- Administration qualification
- Experience with social media and/or assisting with Marketing & Public Relations.
