Our client is a leading integrated energy and water solutions provider, delivering turnkey solutions to the mining and resources sector. Their core offering spans across power generation, water management, remote infrastructure, and mechanical services. With vertically integrated capabilities, they design, manufacture, install and maintain custom-built systems that help reduce operational costs and environmental impact for their clients.

The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a relationship-focused Account/ Business development Manager to nurture and grow key client portfolios across WA’s mining and industrial sectors. Based in Perth or Kalgoorlie, this role will see you working closely with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensure service excellence and maintain trusted client partnerships.

Some key responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of key mining and resources clients across WA
• Build long-term, trusted relationships through consistent and solution-oriented engagement
• Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored proposals
• Support tenders, contract negotiation and commercial reviews
• Work with internal engineering and service delivery teams to ensure successful execution
• Conduct site visits, performance reviews, and technical presentations
• Ensure all client activity aligns with agreed SLAs and safety/compliance standards

About you:

• Background in mining, industrial services, power generation, or related technical field
• Strong commercial and relationship management skills
• Understanding of integrated solutions such as power, water, or mechanical systems
• Experience managing contracts, proposals and client development strategies
• Confident engaging with site personnel, engineers, and procurement teams
• Able to travel to client sites as required throughout WA
