Full Stack Software Engineers (NV2 / PV Security Clearance)

Your future duties and responsibilities As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable applications supporting defence and space systems. Key responsibilities include: Designing, developing, and maintaining full stack applications across front-end and back-end systems Building secure, high-performance software solutions for Defence and Space environments Collaborating with cross-functional teams including systems, network, and Satcom engineers Developing APIs, microservices, and user interfaces to support mission systems Participating in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimising system performance Ensuring compliance with security, accreditation, and quality standards Contributing to system documentation, architecture design, and technical decision-making Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Proven experience in full stack software development Proficiency in one or more front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue) Strong back-end development experience (e.g. Java, Python, Node.js, .NET) Experience with APIs, microservices architectures, and modern development practices Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), or DevSecOps practices (desirable) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in secure, multidisciplinary environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills Active NV2 or PV Security Clearance (mandatory) Together, as owners, let’s turn meaningful insights into action.
