About the Role
As our Client Services Liaison, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients via phone and email, supporting both Advisers and clients with professionalism and care. You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager and wider team to ensure every client interaction reflects our values of Teamwork, Integrity, and Passion.
This role is ideal for someone who:

· Has strong attention to detail and efficiency
· Is highly organised and adaptable to change
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
· Is eager to learn and grow within the business
· Brings ideas to improve processes and enhance client service
Experience in financial services is a bonus—but not essential. If you have transferable skills and a great attitude, we’ll support you with the training you need.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage Adviser diaries and prepare for client meetings
· Follow up on meeting action items and maintain accurate records in our CRM (XPlan)
· Handle client communications, bookings, and administrative tasks
· Liaise with product providers and Centrelink
· Navigate provider platforms confidently and process transactions
· Maintain compliance standards and stay across industry changes
· Contribute to the preparation of basic ROAs and SOAs
· Support implementation and follow-up of Adviser recommendations
