We have an exciting opportunity for an Omni Channel Sales Manager to join our vibrant Club Med Pacific team! Based in our Sydney CBD office with flexible working arrangements, this role is perfect for someone passionate about creating seamless and premium customer journeys.
You'll lead and optimise our omni channel strategy across Direct, Indirect, and Online sales channels while aligning the Pacific Call Centre with Club Med’s global excellence standards. From enhancing processes to rolling out innovative tools, your focus will be on driving conversion, customer loyalty, and revenue growth.

OPERATIONAL MISSIONS
Mission 1: Develop / roll out tools, methods and processes that enhance a seamless customer experience and drive loyalty.
Mission 2: Call Centre Excellence implementation and management (Sales / Service / Customer care / Back office).
Mission 3: Enhance Customer Care and Loyalty
ABOUT YOUEducation : Bachelors degree preferred
Job experience : Omnichannel sales and customer care leadership experience (min 5 years). Strong change management abilities, including operational design and external partner coordination.
Skills:
- Excellent written skills / Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent Data analytics & analytical comprehension
- Planning ability, project management, good communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across global and local teams.
- Strong selling structure and organisational skills
- Excellent time management, project management and planning skills
- Flexibility to work autonomously & in a team environment
- Ability to take decisions effectively and provide commercial direction
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Positive, solution orientated attitude and coaching experience
- Great presentation skills (sales calls, trainings)
Technical Skills:
- Advanced analytics (Power BI), CRM systems (CxO), reservation tools (NA, CMTA, Amadeus, Sabre), and chat/email systems.
- Power point, Simple CMS, Microsoft Excel & Word, Salesforce (preferable but not mandatory).
