The Roles We are in search of skilled Soil and Concrete Technicians for long term road and rail projects, based on the Gold Coast. In these roles, you will conduct soil and concrete testing, utilize on-site testing instruments, handle manual tasks, and employ computer systems for result validation. This positions are primarily long term road and rail projects with accommodation and flights (and share house accommodation) provided for those living on the East Coast. Key Responsibilities
- Soil & Concrete Testing - Field and Laboratory Work (predominately field based)
- Accurate and timely field records and reports
- Geotechnical and concrete testing for various projects
- Physical tasks across laboratory and site environments

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in soil or concrete testing - preferably soils
- Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to quality
- Valid Australian driver’s license (manual preferred)
- Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and internal teams
- Australian/NZ citizenship, permanent residency, or unrestricted long-term work visa
