- 2-year term contract
Reporting to the Principal Executive Officer, you will provide high-level, confidential executive support to the Chief Executive and the Office of the Chief Executive. This role is central to maintaining key relationships across DSD and Ministerial offices, managing complex diaries, delivering strategic projects, and enhancing business processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and responsive executive support to the Chief Executive.
- Manage sensitive communications and relationships with Ministerial offices.
- Lead process improvements and contribute to departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with executive support staff across the Department.
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
- Strong understanding of government operations and public sector protocols.
- Experience in procurement and financial processing.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and time management
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.

As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, Skills SA, you will deliver comprehensive administrative and project support to. You’ll play a key role in streamlining operations, managing high-level communications, and supporting strategic initiatives across the Skills SA group. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative and project support to the Executive Director.
- Design and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Ministerial offices.
- Coordinate group-wide responses and ensure timely, accurate information flow.
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and records management systems.
- Knowledge of government policy and decision-making processes.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
