About The RoleFixed Term Full Time until 30 June 2026 The Administration Support Officer (L2P) is responsible for providing administrative support to the internal L2P team to enable the L2P Program to run effectively and efficiently across the State. We are seeking a proactive and adaptable professional with strong stakeholder management, project delivery, and digital literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who communicates effectively, prioritizes tasks efficiently, and embraces continuous improvement in a dynamic work environment. In addition to the core competencies, it's essential to note some specific aspects of this role. A valid driver's license is a prerequisite, as the role involves travel to both Metropolitan and Rural areas. Key Accountabilities
- Support the L2P team on implementing processes, policies, procedures and organising internal and external meetings.
- Provide high quality administrative, coordination and financial activities as required to support the delivery of the state-wide program.
- Support the reporting upon performance measures such as timelines, budgets, quality of outcomes and outputs.
- Provide support to the training schedule of facilitators to ensure efficient delivery of volunteer one day training across the State.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the program is delivered consistently and successfully across the State.
- Recommend options and solutions to improve business outcomes, including the identification and management of emerging issues, opportunities, risks, and trends.
- Coordinate projects under general functional or project-based supervision in accordance with project scope and manage own time, prioritise tasks and adapt quickly to change.
- Provide excellent communication skills, written and verbal and provide sound advice on approved policies, procedures, and programs to key stakeholders.
Qualifications And ExperienceDesirable
- Experience working in community programs
- Experience in administrative processes

- State-wide travel may be required
- May involve evening or weekend work including occasional overnight travel
