Adelaide Airport dnata Airport Services Pty. Limited is a national provider of Ground Handling and Cargo services to a number of major international Airlines. We are part of the global dnata International network and a subsidiary of the Emirates Group. We are seeking Ramp & Baggage Agents to join our awesome Adelaide Operations team based in Adelaide Airport. We are currently recruiting for permanent part time (minimum 24 hours per week) and casual employment. d nata is proud to offer on the job training and upskilling. This allows for opportunities for career progression and professional development! A few of the key responsibilities for a Ramp & Baggage agent are;
- Assist with the movement of Ground Services Equipment e.g. aircraft stairs, mobile conveyors, tugs, belt loaders etc;
- Assist with the marshalling of arriving aircraft in accordance;
- Assist with safe and timely Aircraft push back and towing activities, driving and operating diverse Pushback tractors both conventional and Tow-bar-less types;
- Hands on capacity handling a range of duties
- Baggage management
- Ability to lift 32kgs
- 7 day rotating roster

- You need to have Australian / New Zealand citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Working Visa.
- You must be willing to undertake a Pre-employment medical test
- You must be willing to undergo an Australian Federal Police Security check
- You will also need for some of the roles a valid driver’s license
- Basic – Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written
- High level of customer service skills
- Available to work on a rotating roster
