About the Role

They are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Managers who will spearhead retention initiatives and help the business to continue its success across the region. Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure that clients are onboarded correctly and then managed through regular communication
  • Ensure that disputes and queries from clients are resolved promptly
  • Adopt a proactive approach to grow the client base through client referrals and active networking
  • Actively follow up on the leads generated via client referrals and networking
  • Provide market commentaries and market training sessions exclusively for clients
  • Plan and execute marketing events and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and as directed by your manager
  • Assist with client behaviour analysis and provide regular reporting on market and trading activities
  • Gather client feedback and insights, collaborating with internal teams to improve products and services based on customer needs.

What do you require?

  • Tertiary Qualification in finance, business or related field.
  • At least 6-month experience in customer support, account management or sales in the FX/CFD industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a second language.
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent team player.
  • Customer-centric, hardworking, detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
