- Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries, orders, and purchases at the counter.
- Utilise product knowledge to recommend solutions and upsell products to meet customers' needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our sales software.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
