Site Manager

Your Next Opportunity Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking an 2x Site Managers to join our Domaine Homes team, delivering residential construction projects across Wollongong and Central Coast area. If you are someone who takes pride in quality builds, has leadership skills and exceptional customer outcomes, this could be your next career move. What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate site teams to deliver high-quality homes safely, on time and within budget
• Manage all aspects of the construction process from site start through to handover
• Ensure strict compliance with WHS requirements, building codes and company standards
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and contractors to maintain build quality and efficiency
• Monitor costs, productivity and construction progress to meet business objectives
• Drive a strong customer experience through clear communication and professional site management

About You To be successful, you’ll bring:

• 1+ years’ experience in a residential construction Site Manager (or similar) role (preferred)
• Minimum Certificate III in Carpentry
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to coach, guide and motivate site teams
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple builds while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, trades and internal stakeholders
• A solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering results
